How much does coffee cart catering cost in Miami?
Every quote is custom, built around your guest count, how many hours of service you need, and where your event is located. There's no flat rate because a 30-person birthday party and a 300-person corporate activation need very different setups. Every quote includes a professional barista, our mobile cart, a commercial Italian espresso machine, freshly roasted Luisa Coffee beans, cups, napkins, sweeteners, and both dairy and non-dairy milk. Custom branding, like logos on foam or a wrapped cart, is available as an add-on.
Are there extra costs for travel or special requests?
Standard travel across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach is already built into your quote. Events further out in South Florida may include a travel adjustment, and special requests like an extended menu, additional baristas for high-volume events, or custom branding are quoted separately so you always know what you're paying for.
