How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one month in advance to secure your preferred date. Our calendar fills quickly, especially on weekends and during peak seasons — so earlier is always better. We can occasionally accommodate last-minute requests, but availability becomes very limited within two weeks of the event. If your date is coming up soon, reach out right away and we’ll do everything we can to make it work.
How do you handle pricing?
We want to be transparent. Our pricing depends on a few key factors: Number of guests, Hours of service, Event location/distance. Just fill out our short form, and we’ll send you a personalized quote: No pressure, No obligation, Takes less than a minute. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
What do you need on the day of the event?
All we need is a standard 120V power outlet and at least 5×5 feet of space. However, we’re flexible — if your venue has limitations, just let us know in advance and we’ll adapt.
Do you offer custom branding options?
We offer fully customizable branding options, including: Printed logos and designs on coffee foam, Custom cups, Custom Wrapping: We can wrap the coffee cart to match your event’s theme, colors, or branding. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll work with you to create the perfect setup.
Can you handle high-volume events?
We’re built for high-volume events. Whether you’re expecting 30 people or thousands, we can scale with additional baristas and equipment to keep the line moving and every guest happy. Let us know your estimated headcount, and we’ll plan accordingly.
Do you work events outdoors?
Yes, we do! We just ask for a few simple things to make sure everything runs smoothly: A shaded or covered area (like a tent or canopy) to protect our equipment from the heat. A flat, stable surface. Access to a standard 120V power outlet. If your event is outdoors, just let us know in advance and we’ll help plan the best setup for your space.
What’s included in your service?
Our service covers everything, including: A professional barista (or multiple, depending on event size), A luxury Italian espresso machine and coffee grinder, High-quality coffee beans, Cups, napkins, sweeteners (including sugar-free options), Whole milk and oat milk. If you need additional customizations, just let us know and we’ll work with you to make it happen.
Where do you serve?
We primarily serve Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach, but we’re open to traveling further. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
