Pinecrest hosts more backyard celebrations than ballroom events, and our coffee cart Pinecrest service is priced and staffed with that in mind — a smaller footprint, a shorter minimum, and a menu that works as well for a graduation open house as it does for a milestone birthday party near Pinecrest Gardens.

We’re a familiar face at the celebrations that follow the school calendar here — Palmer Trinity and Gulliver Prep graduation parties, quinceañeras, and the sweet-sixteen circuit — where parents want something more memorable than a folding table of coffee urns. A barista pulling espresso shots and steaming milk to order tends to be the thing guests remember from the party.

For adult gatherings — anniversary parties, milestone birthdays, holiday open houses — we bring the same cart with a slightly more grown-up menu: cortados, oat-milk lattes, and a seasonal flavored syrup. Setup only needs a standard outlet and about 10 feet of patio or driveway space, and we handle cups, sweeteners, and clean-up so hosts can stay with their guests.
